4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items.

Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment Methods

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options

We deliver worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia):

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery & Customs

Delivery times are estimates. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delays may occur due to customs procedures.

Your Responsibility: Provide accurate shipping information. Notify us of address errors within 24 hours. Inspect deliveries upon receipt and report damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date for unused items in original packaging with all accessories (washers, manuals, tags).

Return Process

  2. Receive RMA number and returns address
  3. Securely pack items with RMA number inside
  4. Ship to our Returns Department in Bristol

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personal hygiene Assisted Living Accessories (once opened)
  • Custom-ordered or made-to-measure items
  • Opened, used, or installed products
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked at purchase)

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

International Returns: Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties. Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional taxes.
