- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories (e.g., washers for taps).
- Process: Contact us → Get RMA instructions → Ship back → Refund/Exchange.
- Refund Time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email [email protected] with your order number and item details (e.g., “Matt Black Basin Pillar Tap” or “1.5m Shower Hose”).
- Receive Authorisation: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and a returns address.
- Pack Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all parts. Include the RMA number inside the box.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our Returns Department address (provided in the email). We recommend using a tracked service (DHL, FedEx, EMS) for your protection.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (we cover costs in these cases).
Refunds: Timing & Method
Upon receipt at our Bristol warehouse:
