Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver worldwide (with exclusions for a small number of remote regions and parts of Asia). Our process is simple:
1. Order Processing: 1-2 working days.
2. Shipping Options:
  – Standard Tracked (DHL/FedEx): £12.95 flat rate. Delivered in 10-15 working days after dispatch.
  – Free Standard Shipping (EMS): FREE on orders over £50. Delivered in 15-25 working days after dispatch. (Orders under £50 incur a calculated fee).
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Are there any extra import charges?
For international orders outside the UK, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, in line with local regulations. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 15-day returns policy, starting from the day you receive your goods. This gives you ample time to ensure your Basin Mixer Tap, Shower Hose, or any other item is perfect for your space.
